User Responsibilities
From Planipedia
In order to monitor and update the content on Planipedia smoothly, there are several differentiated "user levels" which have different technical capabilities and responsibilities.
If you are currently an unregistered user, it is a quick and simple process to login or create for an account. If you are a basic registered user, and feel that you would like to take your contributions to Planipedia to the next level, you can request to become an Administrator on the discussion page of another Administrator or Bureaucrat's user page. You can search for Administrators and Bureaucrat's on the Special:ListUsers page.
Even if you are not interested in increasing your responsibilities, you can also aid Planipedia by rating other users, which will help moderators to determine if those users given higher access are indeed improving your experience as a Planipedia peer, and if other users should be awarded higher-level status.
