Wee Hen Tang CFP, C.A (M), CPC PlanPlus Inc. VP South East Asia

Wee Hen is a Certified Financial Planner with more than 6 years of experience in the financial services industry. She was certified as Certified Professional Coach with Corporate Coach Academy (CCA) and trained under International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2009.

Over the past 5 years, Wee Hen has been working as the VP, Financial Care Centre at CIMB Wealth Advisors Berhad. One of Wee Hen’s roles was to set up, manage and develop the Financial Care Centre, as one of the pioneer licensed financial planning companies providing comprehensive financial planning services in Malaysia. She also provided financial planning tool PlanPlus Planit & processes training and support to the financial planners.

Prior to CIMB, Wee Hen who is also a Chartered Accountant (Bachelor of Accounting degree of Universiti Malaya), held various local, regional and international roles with NCR Malaysia, NCR Corporation (USA), IPerintis (affiliated company with Petronas) and British American Tobacco in the areas of finance, accounting, auditing (International Corporate Auditor of NCR in 15 countries), taxation and project management since 1994.

Currently, as the representative of PlanPlus Inc for the South East Asia region, she is focusing on business development, support and customer satisfaction in this region. She is also a member of the Membership Development Committee of Financial Planning Association of Malaysia and International Coach Federation Malaysia Chapter.
