Devang is a founding sponsor of Planipedia.

He is Certified Financial Planner, holding his CFP designation across India and USA. He set up and runs Right Returns Financial Planning, a practice based in Mumbai. He is also a founding member of the Cross Border Planning Alliance.

Devang Shah has played an active role in bringing the CFP designation to India by serving in various capacities with the Certifying body Financial Planning Standards Board India. He has served on the Advisory Council as well as the first Examination and Certification committee of the body. He has also volunteered with the Financial Planning Association, USAin many roles including Chairing their Global Advisory Council.
