Texas Tech University is one of the leaders in Personal Financial Planning education in the US with a seperate Division of Personal Financial Planning. According to the Journal of Financial Planning they introduced the first Ph.D program in the United States. The program also attracts international students interested in the Personal Financial Planning Program.
