Syndaxi Financial Planning is an Appointed Representative of Raymond James Investment Services Limited (RJIS) utilized under exclusive license. RJIS is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Syndaxi Chartered Financial Planners is a trading name of Syndaxi Financial Planning Ltd.

Based in the City of London, Syndaxi is a firm of fee-based financial planners and investment advisers. Private clients tend to fall into one of two categories; those looking for one off project work, for example a review of pensions on divorce or specific tax-planning solutions, and those in need of a bespoke on-going financial planning service. The financial plan is underpinned by the forming of long term relationships where plans are regularly reviewed and altered to accomodate changes in circumstances and requirements. Syndaxi also advises a number of corporate clients on the setting up and running of employee benefit packages and pension schemes.

Syndaxi's managing director is Robert Reid APFS CFPcm Chartered Financial Planner. At the time of writing (November 2009) Robert is a Vice President of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and Chairman of the Practitioners Advice Committee - European Financial Planing Association. He is also a past President of the Personal Finance Society (PFS). As well being Readers Editor of Money Marketing magazine, Robert regularly writes on a variety of technical planning issues and speaks at events in the UK, Europe and North America. In 2008 he received the "Widows Lifetime Achievement Award" from Scottish Widows in recognition of his work at the PFS and on improving the adviser industry in the UK.
