Sample letter when there will be a face-to-face meeting
Dear Roger and Louise:
As was documented on your last Action Plan Checklist, it is now time to do your financial review. In order for us to proceed we ask that you do some advance preparation. This will ensure that when we meet we can efficiently identify any changes to your situation that would impact your financial future.
What I suggest is that you locate your last planning report and refer to it as you go through the attached Review Questionnaire. Please feel free to jot down your thoughts on this questionnaire and bring it along when we meet. This will allow us to review your responses and discuss any aspects that need further clarification.
I’ll be in touch in the next 10 days to arrange a time when we can meet to discuss this information. I look forward to talking with you soon.
