Q: When I click on view when trying to open a PDF nothing happens, no window appears, what do I do?

A: Pop-up blockers will stop a PDF to open, you may need to disable this feature or make sure that you allow pop-up from the PlanPlus site.


Q: A new window appears however nothing appears in the web browser window?

A: You should be running Adobe Reader 7 or later. Please use the trouble shooting guide from adobe reader. http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/328233.html
