Web Advisor Training Centre
This is the area where all our training materials can be found such as FAQ’s, User manuals and E-Learning Modules. To navigate to the training centre locate the “Training” link in the top menu bar.
Users Guide – The Web Advisor Users Guide will provide you with an easy reference to the basic functions and features of the Web Advisor.
Elearning Modules - These new Elearning modules have been designed to allow users to choose the curriculum that is most appropriate to their business model and operating style. Learn the basics at your own convenience and at your own pace. To read more on this click here.
Frequently Asked Questions - Learn more about specific tasks and functions in the web advisor by accessing our Frequently Asked Questions library. Watch for new additions, as this library will grow as users feedback their questions.
Email Quick Tips - As a Web Advisor user you are able to receive regular emails that introduce you to various features and functions in the Web Advisor. While these are automated, you may wish to revisit a previous topic to refresh your memory or perhaps even look at topics you'll receive via email in the future.
Fact Finders - In the Web Advisor you are able to generate pre-populated fact finders that incorporate existing information for your client that is already in the database. While this is useful, there are circumstances where you'll want a completely blank fact finder to use for new clients who are not yet in your database.
The Online Help Library - When you are working with the PlanPlus Web Advisor many screens will have a “Help” link, which is located on the top menu bar.
Technical Support Desk – We have improved our help desk by now providing users with a toll free number and also now have a French language support.
So if you have been unable to locate the information you require in any of the above resources, you may contact Client Services either by email: support@planplus.com, or you may call the PlanPlus Help Desk at 1-800- 601-1762. The Technical Help Desk hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.
