The ICFC is a non-governmental self-regulatory organization for financial planning professionals in Bulgaria. The ICFC was founded in 2004 to develop and promote financial planning in Bulgaria in accordance with internationally recognized practices.

The ICFC's goal is to assist financial advisers in their professional development and to help them provide competent and ethical service to clients.

ICFC is associated with the European Financial Planning Association (EFPA)
