The Financial Planning Standards Board (FPSB) is a nonprofit association that manages, develops and operates certification, education and related programs for financial planning organizations so that they may benefit the global community by establishing, upholding and promoting worldwide professional standards in financial planning. FPSB’s commitment to excellence is represented by the marks of professional distinction – CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER.
The FPSB is trying to introduce the creation of a plan into the Capstone course of the academic programs to create greater practical skills with practitioners in training. See the following article
